The curvatures and dysmorphism in bones are called deformities. Bone and extremity deformities can form due to developmental bone disorders, congenital diseases and trauma. These deformities can cause limited range of motion and impair quality of life.

Deformities are complex and mixed diseases. There have 3-dimensional structure thus there treatment process is long and complicated.

Bone- muscle deformities can be seen in different parts of the body. The approach to deformity differs according to the location, patient’s age and severity. While early stage deformities can be treated with surgery to the primary regions severe deformities may require surgery to adjacent regions as well.
